Call your child by voice at dismissal while relaxing in your car using the Neda alenseraf Ibtikar app.

How does the call work?

  1. The school subscribes to the system and pays the fees.

  2. Parents download the app and pay the fees.

  3. When entering the student’s details, the parent must make sure the name is pronounced correctly in the app before saving, because this is the name that will be announced over the school speakers.

  4. When the parent arrives within the school area (100 metres) and dismissal time arrives, they tap “Call for dismissal” in the app. The system announces the name through the school speakers and in the mobile app at the same time.

  5. If there are earlier calls for other students, the app shows how much time remains before the call begins.

  6. When the student comes out and is collected, the parent taps “Picked up” in the app to record the pickup time with the school administration.

  7. When the parent leaves the school area, which is 100 metres, the app automatically records that the student has been picked up. Please be aware of this.

  8. The parent can authorize 4 people on their phones to collect the student. When any of them collects the student, the parent receives a message with the collector’s name. No one else can collect the student.

  9. The program sends the parent a daily reminder notification as dismissal time approaches.

  10. In an emergency, the school administration sends the new dismissal time for that day, and the parent receives this notification immediately.

    If the parent cannot find the school name when entering the details, the school has not subscribed to the system yet. The school must subscribe first for its name to appear in the system.

How can a parent use the call correctly 100%?

When there is no congestion

Call the student from the nearest point in front of the school gate so they can see your car and come directly to it.

During heavy congestion

Agree on a fixed pickup spot or direction near the school so the student can recognize your car without you leaving it.

After the student exits

Tap “Student picked up” in the app to record the exit time and confirm pickup.

If a driver or delegate collects the student

You receive a message confirming pickup and showing the collector’s name.

My child’s school is not listed in the app. What should I do?

A school appears after it subscribes to the system. If you cannot find it, contact the school administration to ask about its subscription.

When can I send a dismissal call?

When dismissal time arrives and you are within 100 metres of the school.

How can I check that my child’s name will be pronounced correctly?

Check the name pronunciation in the app before saving the student’s details. This is the name announced over the school speakers.

Can someone else collect my child?

You can authorize up to four people in the app. Only the parent or authorized delegates can collect the student, and you receive a notification naming the person who collected them.

How do I confirm that I have collected my child?

After the student exits and is collected, tap “Picked up” in the app to record the pickup time. Please note: when you leave the 100-metre school area, the app may automatically record pickup, so make sure your child is with you before leaving the area.

How will I know if dismissal time changes?

The app sends a daily reminder as dismissal time approaches. If the school sends a new time for an emergency, you receive a notification immediately.

How much is the student subscription?

The student subscription is SAR 30 per year plus VAT. Each additional student at the same school is SAR 20 per year plus VAT; a student at another school is SAR 30 per year plus VAT.
